ABOUT HEALTHY MUTTON SOUP RECIPE




Good for Health.You can strain it and feed your babies and kids too.


Recipe 

Ingredients

Serving: 4 People 

Mutton 1/2 bowl

Tomato -1

Small onion - 2

Salt as required

Water 4-5 cups

For grinding.......

Jeera seeds 2 to 3 tablespoon

Coriander powder 2 tablespoon

Small Onion 2nos.

Garlic 10 gm

Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon

Chinnamon stick 2

Cloves 2

Instructions

Grind well all ingredients with help of water and make paist.

First- In pressure cooker heat oil, add cardamon, cloves, onion, tomato, and mutton pises.

Add grinding paste and water

Wait for 20 minutes whistles

Now mutton soup is ready to taste

Pour 1 tsp of coconut oil and serve it hot.
