Marination Process :

 

1.    Put raw Paneer pieces and add salt, red Chili powder, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. And mix well. Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.

2.    Now add curd to the refrigerated  and mix it by salt, ginger garlic paste, red Chili powder, garam masala, kasuri methi and mustard oil. Then mix well and refrigerate again for an hour.

3.    Roast the marinated Paneer in an oven for about 30 minutes until it is three-fourth done.

 

Now Prepare the Paneer gravy :

 

1.    Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan with butter.

2.    Then add cloves, cinnamon stick, mace and cardamom. Then add chopped tomatoes, garlic and ginger. Mix well and then grind well.

3.    In another pan, heat butter, along with ginger garlic paste.

4.    Add the tomato puree made from the mixture. Now add red Chili powder, kasuri methi, honey and finally the roasted Paneer pieces. Let it simmer.

5.    Add green Chili, cardamom powder and cream. Mix well.

6.    Serve with a teaspoon of cream over.

Marinate the paneer for 5-6 hours too to ensure there is enough flavor in them before putting them in the oven or tandoor.
